Baggage Claim (International Arrivals)

After completing immigration clearance, international passengers proceed to the baggage claim area to collect their checked luggage.

Baggage Claim Locations

Baggage claim facilities are located on the first level of the arrival terminals.

  • Terminal 1:
    After immigration clearance on the second level, passengers proceed down to the first level using escalators or elevators to access the baggage claim area.
  • Terminal 2 North:
    After immigration clearance, passengers proceed directly to the first level, where the baggage claim area is located.

Passengers should follow terminal signage marked “Baggage Claim”.

Collecting Your Baggage

  • Please refer to the baggage carousel display monitors to identify the correct carousel for your flight.
  • Baggage is delivered by flight number and destination.
  • Passengers are advised to check baggage tags carefully before leaving the carousel area.

Oversized Baggage and Baby Trolleys

Oversized baggage and baby trolleys are not delivered on the baggage carousel.

  • These items are delivered to a designated area on the floor, located near the elevators in the baggage claim area.
  • The waiting area is clearly marked on the floor.
  • Passengers travelling with oversized items or baby trolleys are advised to wait in this marked area.

Lost & Found

In case of delayed, lost, or damaged baggage, passengers should contact the Lost & Found desk, which serves all arriving flights.

  • The Lost & Found desk is located within the baggage claim area, behind the elevators.
  • Staff will assist passengers with baggage reports and provide further guidance.

Passengers are advised to contact Lost & Found before leaving the baggage claim area.

Important Information

  • Keep baggage claim tags until you exit the terminal.
  • Do not leave luggage unattended in the baggage claim area.
  • Airport staff are available nearby for assistance if required.
