Baggage claim (domestic arrivals)

After aircraft disembarkation, passengers travelling on domestic flights proceed directly to the baggage claim area to collect their checked luggage.

Baggage claim location

Terminal 2 South:

• The baggage claim area is located on the first level.

Passengers arriving via:

• Jet bridge will descend from the second level to the first level using stairs, or elevators.
• Bus transfer will arrive directly on the first level.

Please follow terminal signage marked “Baggage Claim”.

Collecting your baggage

• Refer to the baggage carousel display monitors to identify the correct carousel for your flight.
• Baggage is delivered according to flight number and destination.
• Passengers are advised to check baggage tags carefully before leaving the carousel area.

Important information

• Domestic arrivals do not include customs or immigration clearance.
• Keep baggage claim tags until you exit the terminal.
• Do not leave luggage unattended in the baggage claim area.
