Aircraft Disembarkation (Domestic Arrivals)

Domestic arrivals at Heydar Aliyev International Airport are handled exclusively at Terminal 2 South. Passengers may disembark the aircraft either via a jet bridge or by bus transfer, depending on aircraft parking position and operational requirements.

Passengers are advised to follow crew instructions and terminal signage upon arrival.

Arrival via Jet Bridge

• Passengers arrive on the second level of Terminal 2 South.
• After disembarkation, passengers should proceed to the first level using stairs, or elevators to continue to the baggage claim area.

Arrival via Bus Transfer

• Passengers arriving by bus are transferred directly to the first level of Terminal 2 South.
• From this level, passengers proceed to the baggage claim area by following terminal signage.

• Domestic arrivals do not include immigration or customs clearance.
• Level transitions are clearly marked, and elevators are available for passengers requiring step-free access.
• Airport staff are available within the terminal to assist passengers if needed.
