Arrival Hall and Ground Transportation (International Arrivals)

After completing customs clearance, passengers enter the landside arrival hall, where they can meet greeters or proceed to ground transportation options.

Arrival Hall

• The arrival hall provides access to public meeting areas, information counters, and transportation exits.
• Passengers should ensure they have collected all belongings before exiting the customs-controlled area.

Ground Transportation Options

The following transportation options are available from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2:

• Aero Express airport–city shuttle
• Ridesharing services: Uber, Bolt, Yango
• Official airport taxi service: Baku Taxi

Pick-up Locations

All pick-up points are located at the kerbside area outside the terminal exits both at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Passengers are advised to follow outdoor signage for precise pick-up locations.

Parking Information

• The first 15 minutes of airport parking are free of charge.
• Parking exceeding 15 minutes requires payment.

Payment methods include:

• Parking payment terminals
• Digital payment via Tezode, Birbank, and ABB mobile applications

Digital payment options are available only to passengers with Azerbaijani bank accounts and mobile numbers.

Payment terminals are available inside the Terminal 1 parking area, and alongside the roads toward the exit from both Terminals.
