What services are available for passengers in the terminal?
The terminal offers duty-free shops, restaurants, relaxation areas, Wi-Fi, baggage wrapping services, and much more.

How does the baggage wrapping service work?
Baggage wrapping is available in all terminals for departing passengers. You can use this service before your flight. The service fee is 7 AZN per baggage.

Does the airport provide assistance to passengers with disabilities?
Yes, the airport provides services for passengers with disabilities, including escorting and assistance throughout their stay at the airport. Please notify your airline or tour operator at least 48 hours before your flight and clearly describe your needs.

Is there a medical point in the airport?
Yes, there is a 24/7 medical point in the airport where you can receive first aid. Medical points are in both terminals and are equipped to provide emergency assistance.

What financial services are available at the airport?
The airport offers ATMs, currency exchange, and bank branches where you can access financial services, including cash withdrawals, transfers, and currency exchange.

How can I book a VIP lounge?
You can book a VIP lounge through the official website: vipgroup.az. We recommend booking services in advance to ensure availability.

What should I do if my baggage is lost or damaged?
If your baggage is lost or damaged, please contact the Lost&Found service in the baggage claim area. Staff will assist you in filling out the necessary documents and provide information on the status of your baggage search.

Transportation and Parking

What transportation options are available to and from the airport?

What is "AeroExpress," and how can I use it?
"AeroExpress" is a comfortable bus service that provides regular routes between the airport and the center of Baku (28 May Metro Station). The schedule and ticket prices are available on our website in the "Transport" section.

Is there parking at the airport?
Yes, there is parking available in front of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The total parking capacity is over 2,000 spaces.

How can I pay for parking?
Parking can be paid for in cash, by card, or online. For online payment, you can use the "Tezödə," "AzParking," "Birbank," and "ABB" platforms via mobile devices. Payment terminals are also available on the parking premises, where you can pay with cash (banknotes) or by card.

Visas and Documents

What documents are required for international travel?
A valid passport is required to leave Azerbaijan, and it must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of return.

What documents are required for minor passengers?
For Azerbaijani citizens, when a minor (under 18 years old) is traveling abroad with one parent, the consent of the other parent is required. When a minor is traveling abroad without an accompanying parent, guardian, or legal representative, consent from the parents/guardians or their legal representatives is required. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to travel on flights without being accompanied by a parent, guardian, or their authorized representative.

Is a visa required to enter Azerbaijan?

How can I obtain an e-visa?
You can apply for an e-visa on the Official e-Visa Portal of the Republic of Azerbaijan (www.evisa.gov.az) at least three working days before your arrival in Azerbaijan.

Which countries' citizens can enter Azerbaijan without a visa?

How is registration at the place of residence carried out?
To register, you must apply within 15 days (Kazakhstani citizens - within 30 days) of your arrival in the country through electronic services on the State Migration Service website, by email (qeydiyyat@migration.gov.az), or directly at regional migration offices and ASAN Service centers.
